School is definitely tough. It can include a lot of late nights doing homework and early mornings prepping for school. To de-stress, there are a number of things you can do. Try taking brief walks, writing in a journal, picking up yoga, or just stepping away from the screen. Here are a few ways the Huffington Post says can help you de-stress.
